3. Offline transactions for Christmas Health Check Plans can only obtain Supermarket Vouchers as gifts.
4. Gifts are non-exchangeable for successful payments, and cannot exchange for cash.
5. In case of shortage of supplies, reserves the right to change the prizes without prior notices.
6. Customers could collect supermarket vouchers in Medtimes Medical Services Centre on the day of check up. For other gifts, customers will receive redemption notice within 15 days after the promotion has ended, kindly redeem the gifts within redemption period at according locations.
7. The prizes of the competition are supplied by independent contractors. shall take no responsibility for the after‐sale services and maintenance of the products and service concerned.
