2. Promotion period ends on 2020/12/31. Please complete first dose of vaccination on or before 2021/1/15, second dose of vaccination on or before 2021/3/15, and complete the third dose within 1 year of purchase.
3. Student cards should be presented to Service Centres staff on the day of first dose of vaccination or the day of health check. Customers fail to present will have to make up the difference of the original price in order to enjoy the service.
4. Refund for purchased services is not applicable in all circumstances, all purchased services cannot be transferred。
5. This vaccine is not recommended for pregnant women.
6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or exchange for cash.
