Promotion Terms & Conditions:

1. Promotion ends on 2023/8/24, customers must complete their payment on or before 2023/8/24, and attend the according services on or before 2023/11/24.
2. This Summer Promotion is only available online.
3. Gifts are non-exchangeable for successful payments, and cannot exchange for cash.
4. In case of shortage of supplies, Medtimes Medical Group reserves the right to change the prizes without prior notices.
5. Gift redemption arrangement:
  - Customers could collect supermarket vouchers in Medtimes Medical Services Centre on the day of check up. It must be used together on the day of the body check if customer chooses the health screening service as the gift. For other gifts, customers will receive redemption notice within 15 days after the promotion has ended, kindly redeem the gifts within redemption period at according locations.
6. The prizes are supplied by independent contractors. Medtimes Medical Group shall take no responsibility for the after‐sale services and maintenance of the products and service concerned. The values of prizes are provided by suppliers according to their listed market prices available and are non-disputable.
7. Promotion offer is subjected to a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
8. Receipts request for insurance claim, please contact Customer Service Team.
9. In case of any dispute, the matters are subjected to the final decision of Medtimes Medical Group.
