2. Aged 65 or above who hold valid Hong Kong Identity Card are eligible to use Health care vouchers. Please call 3585 8533 to make an appointment for examination or vaccination service.
3. Customers could collect supermarket vouchers in Medtimes Medical Services Centre on the day of check up.
4. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers .
5. Refund for purchased services is not applicable in all circumstances.
6. The promotion is subject to change without prior notice.
