redemption arrangement:

Centre on the day of check up. It must be used together on the day of the body
check if customer chooses the health screening service as the gift. For other
gifts, customers will receive redemption notice within 15 days after the
promotion has ended, kindly redeem the gifts within redemption period at
according locations.
6. The prizes are supplied by independent contractors. Medtimes
Medical Group shall take no responsibility for the after‐sale services
and maintenance of the products and service concerned. The values of prizes are
provided by suppliers according to their listed market prices available and are
non-disputable.
