2. Take $100 off on Medtimes Official Website during Xmas Promotion using the specific promotion code. (Only valid for services available online with successful payments using promotion code.)
3. Offline transactions for Christmas Health Check Plans can only obtain Supermarket Vouchers as gifts.
4. Gifts are non-exchangeable for successful payments, and cannot exchange for cash.
5. In case of shortage of supplies, reserves the right to change the prizes without prior notices.
6. Customers could collect supermarket vouchers in Medtimes Medical Services Centre on the day of check up.  For other gifts, customers will receive redemption notice within 15 days after the promotion has ended, kindly redeem the gifts within redemption period at according locations.
7. The prizes of the competition are supplied by independent contractors. shall take no responsibility for the after‐sale services and maintenance of the products and service concerned. The values of prizes are provided by suppliers according to their listed market prices available and are non-disputable.
8. Promotion offer is subjected to a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
